Has anyone ever noticed how life is kind of like Tetris? Maybe I’m just weird, but I do see some correlation between the two. Check it out: Object of the game – not clog up the screen to avoid death. The game throws all these shapes at you and you have to make them fit. And sometimes they don’t fit but you have to do the best you can with what you’ve got. When you get a solid line, they disappear and make room for more shapes (shapes = obstacles).

Discovered in a journal entry I wrote in April 3, 2003. Still rings true today.
